PRICING
Low Rate £95 per night
(Winter months, gap fillers)
Peak Rate £125 per night
(Easter, half terms, weekends, Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Year)
Summer Holidays £735 per week
(Saturday to Saturday only - includes £140 weekly booking discount)
Booking deposit of £15 per night required to secure the booking (non refundable).
Refundable damage deposit of £100 required with final payment.

You can pay the cost of the booking in one lump sum, or in affordable installments. Payment of the remaining balance of the agreed rental cost (total price less the non-refundable deposit) plus the damage deposit must be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. Where bookings are made within 4 weeks of arrival, the total balance owed must be paid in full at the time of booking
Minimum 2 nights apart from:
Bank holidays & half term = 3 nights minimum
Easter, Christmas & New Year = 4 nights minimum
Summer holidays = 7 nights minimum - Saturday to Saturday bookings
Periods of less than outlined above may be accepted to fill gaps in our calendar, please get in touch for details.
